In an industry that is being highly disrupted, the Blackmores Group of companies are undertaking a significant transformation to adapt and lay the foundations for continued success.
Over 85 years ago, Blackmores began as one brand. Today they are a group of many health and wellness companies, united by shared values and a passionate belief in the healing power of nature. As one team, with one strong collective voice they needed one Blackmores Group brand that all companies in the Group could own.
The Blackmores Group brand was developed to provide one vibrant, galvanising brand that belonged to the team of over 1400 people, in 17 markets across all of the health and wellness companies within the Group – providing a key platform for all Group communication and stakeholder engagement.
After 27 hours of insight building with people at all levels of the organisation across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, we developed an Insight Report that informed the new Group brand, engagement strategy and communication planning.
An enterprise wide transformation engagement strategy and program of communications was designed to engage and build understanding of the why and how with employees and to ensure they were supported to successfully deliver as one global team.
The Blackmores Group brand has been embraced and is providing one shared voice for the Group of companies across internal and external stakeholder communications.
The brand and strategic communication plan, messaging and tactics, are designed to become the essential ‘glue’ tying all activity throughout the transformation together for people, engaging their hearts and minds around the why, building capability and mobilising positive, forward action.
