CBRE - SUITE 177

CBRE, one of the largest real estate services companies in the world,   identified an opportunity to create a high-end sales suite to simulate the experience of an on-site display suite for their high-end developers.  This was to be the first of its kind for the CBRE portfolio and a model, that they hope to replica around the world. 

 

Experience

Hatch ran workshops with senior executives, marketing and sales agents to build insight into their sales track, sales needs and the intricacies of the customer experience they wished to create.  The User Experience Strategy we developed then informed our design and build of Suite 177.

Impact

The result was an effortlessly stunning space that worked hard for its 50 sqm. It achieved all it’s sales, design and functionality KPI’s.  It supports two simultaneous sales meetings, keeping them private both visually and acoustically, whilst also transforming to accommodate large groups for events. Sales agents have the flexibility to customise their presentation to each buyer type on the go whilst also having easy access to rich content to showcase properties and the space to layout out materials boards and drawings for customers. High-end neutral finishes and detailing complement the recently refurbished office space, whilst providing a canvas to display the properties on sale, without competing for attention.

Hatch provided a full end to end design build and deliver solution. Which included CDC management fire services, mechanical and audio visual integration through our services partner FREEDON.

We brought the Hatch factor too the space with the integration of 

- 49inch 3M multi touch screens imbedded into stone top tables

- 84” Ultra HD screens in each experience booth

- Automation across lighting audio via Crestron control systems

- Directional sound integrated into each booth using Panphonics soundshower speakers

And at the touch of a button a 5 x 2 meter switch glass panel separated the room in half creating 

intimate sales experiences for CBRE customers and sales executives
